We're Hiring | Senior Associate – Facets Claims Developer

Are you an experienced Facets Claims Developer with a strong healthcare background? We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and work directly with clients to design, develop, and deliver innovative healthcare claims solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for healthcare claims processing.
Design, develop, test, and implement solutions using the Facets platform and .NET technologies.
Develop and maintain SQL/PL-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD processes while following best development practices.
Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Required Skills
Experience with TriZetto Facets Claims Module and Claims Data Model
Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience
ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Framework
SQL Server & PL/SQL development
Multi-Tier Application Architecture
Visual Studio development experience
Version Control (Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, etc.)
CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on Facets implementation or enhancement projects
Ability to work independently with business stakeholders
Experience deploying code across multiple environments
