Position Summary
The Senior Associate, COO Office will be a key member of the COO Office, helping leaders make better decisions through strong analytics, performance management, executive communication, and structured problem solving. The role supports enterprise performance management, transformation initiatives, and executive leadership priorities across the business.
The role offers significant exposure to the COO, Executive Leadership Team, Business Unit leaders, and Board-level discussions, providing a unique opportunity to influence enterprise priorities and accelerate professional development. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, comfortable working through ambiguity, and able to turn complex data and business challenges into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
Key Responsibilities
COO Scorecard & Business Performance Management (~40%)
Own the end-to-end COO Scorecard process, including data collection, validation, executive reporting, monthly updates, and continuous improvement of the operating cadence.
Manage and continuously improve COO reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring leaders have timely, accurate information to monitor performance and drive action.
Partner with FP&A, Business Units, and functional leaders to establish meaningful KPIs, improve data quality, and help leaders use performance data to identify opportunities, address risks, improve accountability, and drive measurable business impact.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities within operational performance data, translating findings into actionable insights and discussion topics for executive review.
Identify emerging performance risks, trends, and opportunities and help shape executive discussion topics for Monthly Business Reviews and leadership forums.
Customer Experience & Strategic Initiatives (~30%)
Support and, over time, own components of global customer experience initiatives, helping coordinate global transformation efforts, drive alignment across Business Units, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
Develop analyses, presentations, and recommendations that support executive decision-making and accelerate execution of CX priorities.
Bring structure and analytical rigor to new business questions, strategic priorities, and cross-functional challenges as they emerge.
COO Office, Board & Executive Support (~30%)
Develop clear, compelling, executive-level presentations that synthesize complex analyses into actionable insights for the COO, Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and Business Unit leaders.
Support preparation of Board of Directors materials, including monthly financial updates and quarterly board presentations.
Support the planning and execution of Senior Executive Operator (SEO) meetings, leadership offsites, executive workshops, and other senior leadership forums through agenda development, content creation, and action tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and special projects, helping drive alignment, accountability, and timely execution across stakeholders.
Distill complex topics into concise recommendations and discussion materials for senior leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
Target Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 salary per year plus bonus. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
