    Responsibilities:

    As a high-growth, boutique consulting firm, Pathstone offers a unique opportunity for senior associates to play a significant role in supporting client engagements and practice development initiatives. Below is a list of representative responsibilities for each area:

    Client Engagements:

    • Lead execution of key engagement workstreams and initiatives with minimal supervision
    • Lead junior team members in workstreams and initiatives with minimal supervision
    • Own analysis of complex data sets to generate insights and identify opportunities
    • Own development of persuasive business cases and presentations to clients
    • Own identification of strategies and recommendations to improve client’s performance
    • Lead project management efforts for client engagements
    • Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders to ensure successful completion of workstreams
    • Communicate and engage with client stakeholders ranging from front-line staff to executives

    Internal Development:

    • Leads internal operational areas to improve internal processes, increase firm brand equity and build upon client delivery and methodology
    • Lead and support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, market research, branding, engagement, and intellectual property/knowledge repository development initiatives
    • Participate in team building activities and attend quarterly events in person
