Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure pleadings.
  • Handle contested foreclosures, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
  • Provide legal guidance and updates to clients.
  • Oversee staff and manage office operations.
  • Support client development and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • Member in good standing with the Indiana Bar.
  • Minimum 8 years of foreclosure experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership or management experience.
  • Client development and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with case management software.
