Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure pleadings.
- Handle contested foreclosures, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
- Provide legal guidance and updates to clients.
- Oversee staff and manage office operations.
- Support client development and business growth.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Member in good standing with the Indiana Bar.
- Minimum 8 years of foreclosure experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership or management experience.
- Client development and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with case management software.
