    We are recruiting a Senior Associate-level Attorney to join an in-house legal team supporting large-scale energy, infrastructure, and data center projects.     Role Details

    • Full-time, permanent role
    • On-site position (Washington, D.C. area)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise on U.S. energy regulatory matters impacting generation, renewables, transmission, storage, and infrastructure assets
    • Support development, permitting, financing, acquisition, and operation of infrastructure and data center projects
    • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, regulatory, and project agreements
    • Manage regulatory filings and engagement with relevant authorities
    • Provide clear legal advice to internal business, technical, and finance teams
    • Coordinate with external counsel and consultants on complex matters

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
    • Active U.S. bar admission or ability to obtain admission
    • 6+ years of experience in energy regulation, infrastructure, or energy-focused transactions
    • Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

    Preferred Experience

    • Exposure to data centers or digital infrastructure projects
    • Experience advising internal stakeholders in an in-house environment
    • Familiarity with U.S. energy markets and regulatory frameworks
