As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Bakery Operator and management team to ensure operational excellence, drive sales growth, maintain quality standards, and foster a fun and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the bakerys daily operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Help recruit, train, schedule, and retain bakery staff.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Support sales initiatives, local marketing efforts, and community engagement activities.
• Assist with labor management, productivity goals, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
