The attorney will also serve as lead counsel to larger, more complex professional regulatory boards and render legal advice on the drafting and promulgation of rules, the taking of agency action, and the proper operation of the agency under relevant chapters and statutes. The position requires the interpretation and application of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, and requires travel.QualificationsAdmission to the Florida Bar and six years of professional experience in the practice of law, legal research, teaching law, or in administrative or judicial hearings.
