Required/Desired Skills and Experience:- Development, modification, maintenance, and testing of information systems, subsystems, and databases- Support for management, stakeholder, customer, developer, and end-user meetings- Participation in change management sessions- Customer support and documentation support- Infrastructure support, development support, and functional testing- Review and analysis of project management plans- Designing, developing, and supporting web services and re-engineered components based on business needs and priorities- Establishing standards and guidelines for web service development and usage- Strong programming skills- HTTPS/SOAP/RESTful web services development- XML/JSON/XSLT development- Systems documentation and unit test plan development- Peer reviews, configuration management, and change control processes- RDBMS and database normalization- Agile and Waterfall development methodologies- Code compilation, error correction, defect support, retesting, and technical troubleshooting- Risk identification and contingency planning- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences- Experience with DevOps, JIRA, and Phire is preferred- Experience with Human Resources application environments is strongly preferred- PeopleSoft, Oracle, SQL Server, Java, .NET/ASP, ColdFusion, Visual Basic, or similar experience is preferred- Federal IT, cleared environment, RMF/FISMA, or secure operations experience is preferred
