Job TitleThis opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized company operating in the business services industry.Job DescriptionProven ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams. Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. Develop manufacturing processes by generating CNC programs, implementing tooling and fixturing. Document machine setups, applications, and process improvements for internal and customer reference. Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring both internal teams and external customers in advanced manufacturing concepts. Design and develop CNC programs, tooling, fixturing, and machining processes for aerospace and defense components. Analyze and define manufacturing methods and process flows for complex, tight-tolerance parts. Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc ect). Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam/NX ect) and (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ect). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools, and lean manufacturing concepts. Understanding of ISO standards. Ability to work on-site in Schaumburg, IL, with 30% travel.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000 USD.
