Senior Application Developer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Refuge Results application capabilities.  

• Develop application features, backend services, APIs, and automation workflows.  

• Implement RAPP, Unit Profile, SHOT, Programs & Outreach, and cross-module enhancements.  

• Develop and maintain application interfaces and data-driven functionality.  

• Implement UX and workflow improvements based on approved requirements.  

• Perform defect resolution, regression fixes, and application troubleshooting.  

• Develop and execute application and integration testing.  

• Support CI/CD deployments and production releases.  

• Maintain technical and application documentation.  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree.  

• 5+ years of related experience.  

• Professional application/software development experience.  

• Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications.  

• Experience with APIs, backend services, and application integrations.  

• Experience with automation and data-driven applications.  

• Experience with modern web application development and UX implementation.  

• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.  

• Experience developing automated or repeatable software testing processes.
