Our client is seeking a Senior Application Analyst (SAA) with Epic certification in Beacon and Willow and a strong clinical pharmacy background to support and expand our oncology research initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine pharmacy and oncology expertise with strong Epic application build experience to support the end-to-end development, testing, validation, and maintenance of research medication and protocol builds. The SAA will work closely with oncology clinical teams, research stakeholders, pharmacists, and IT partners to translate study requirements into safe, accurate, and operationally appropriate Epic solutions.

    • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of Beacon research builds completed by other analysts.
    • Validate research protocol and medication builds for accuracy, consistency, clinical appropriateness, and adherence to established build standards.

    • Document testing results, identify defects or discrepancies, and coordinate appropriate resolution.
    • Participate in formal validation and change control processes in accordance with company standards.

    • Participate in regular application team meetings, project meetings, status reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
    • Interpret end-user requirements and determine appropriate solutions while identifying potential downstream impacts or workflow concerns.
