Job Summary:This role focuses on supporting a major Epic system upgrade for inpatient orders and clinical documentation. You will be responsible for implementing new application components, resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to solution design and development. The position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful system enhancements and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and upgrade Epic Orders and ClinDoc application components.
- Lead discussions and meetings to develop effective Epic solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical application issues independently.
- Design and build system solutions based on user requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Must-Have Skills:- Epic Inpatient Orders and ClinDoc expertise
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Industry Experience:Experience in the healthcare technology sector, specifically with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic, is preferred.
