ADT is seeking a Senior Analyst, Telecom Procurement to support and optimize our enterprise wireless environment. This highly visible role combines telecom expense management, wireless operations, data analytics, vendor management, and process improvement to help deliver a seamless mobility experience for employees across the organization.

You'll partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, Security, HR, and major wireless carriers to manage mobility services, analyze telecom spend, improve operational efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities across our enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise wireless mobility operations and telecom expense management (TEM)
• Analyze wireless billing, inventory, usage, and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
• Audit carrier invoices and ensure contract compliance, accurate billing, and negotiated pricing
• Support device lifecycle activities including activations, upgrades, transfers, and disconnects
• Manage and resolve mobility requests through ServiceNow
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow Reporting, or similar tools
• Partner with wireless carriers and vendors to resolve issues and improve service performance
• Support procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and contract initiatives
• Drive process improvements, automation efforts, and operational efficiency projects
• Ensure compliance with wireless policies, standards, and governance requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in telecom operations, wireless mobility, telecom expense management, procurement analytics, business operations, or a related field
• Experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar request management platforms
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Experience managing telecommunications vendors and carrier relationships
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
