We have partnered with an established real estate investment management firm seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst for its Performance Reporting team. This opportunity combines investment analytics, fund reporting and process improvement, with exposure to senior leadership and teams across the investment platform.
Attributes:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in performance reporting, investment operations, analytics, fund accounting or a related quantitative field.
Understanding of IRR, time weighted returns, benchmarking and attribution concepts.
Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing and reconciling large datasets.
Knowledge of capital markets and institutional investing.
Interest in process improvement, automation and the responsible use of emerging technologies.
