This role is pivotal in supporting the North American Head of Finance in driving strategic, operational and governance prioritise for all entities within the North American platform. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain senior exposure, develop a commercial perspective, and engage closely with the North American Management & Leadership committees, alongside the various boards across the entities.

Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the NA Head of Finance in driving strategic, operational, and governance priorities for North America. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain senior exposure, develop a commercial perspective, and engage closely with the North American leadership and other senior stakeholders, fostering a well-rounded understanding of the North America business and regulated entity operations.
The Senior Analyst will act as a strategic sounding board to the Head of Finance, helping triage competing demands, manage priorities, and drive forward critical decisions.
This role is separate from Group Shared Services, offering focussed support to the NA Head of Finance in enhancing governance effectiveness, driving efficiency in decision-making, and ensuring a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
The Senior Analyst will also provide ad hoc support to the Group CFO, where group-impacting activities intersect with the platform. You will also contribute to cross-entity finance initiatives, such as transformation, regulatory change, and governance design.

The Rewards
Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual’s location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $140,000-180,000 per year, plus discretionary annual bonus.
