Work arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week (Novi, MI)
The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting and Consolidations is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reviewing the Company's North America and Consolidated internal financial reporting packages - a key control supporting the accuracy and completeness of the Company's financial statements. This role also performs monthly consolidation and accounting close procedures, and is encouraged to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting or finance training with sharp technical, analytical, and communication skills. This role requires comfort managing large data sets, assessing financial statement variances, and advising management on risks and opportunities identified through that analysis.
