Job Overview

This role is part of a global Enterprise Systems / Order-to-Cash team, supporting SAP Order Management capabilities across regions. You will work in a highly customized global SAP landscape while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The position offers exposure to complex, high-impact enterprise programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, global template governance, and digital transformation initiatives) and the opportunity to grow into a senior technical and functional leadership role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior SAP Order To Cash (SD) analyst supporting a global, template-driven SAP ECC/S/4 landscape
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and validate business requirements for Order-to-Cash processes
  • Translate business requirements into SAP configuration, functional designs, and solution recommendations
  • Evaluate solution options, including highly customized SAP functionality and custom developments, and assess cost, risk, and impact
  • Lead and support SAP configuration activities, including build, testing, and migration to production
  • Author and review functional specifications for ABAP, forms, interfaces, and enhancements; provide oversight to development teams
  • Execute and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), including defect resolution
  • Support data migration and data mapping activities from legacy systems into SAP
  • Create and maintain documentation, process flows, and configuration records to support global template integrity
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to regional implementation teams and operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Equivalent experience within an IT or enterprise systems organization may be considered
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD / Order Management or ERP Systems Analyst in a global environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Sales & Distribution processes
  • Experience working within global, customized SAP templates and multi-country implementations
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams across regions and time zones
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformations or system upgrades is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including pricing, billing, and integrations
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Comfortable working with ABAP developers and technical teams (functional lead role)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Action-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience with related technologies (interfaces, data migration, reporting tools) is a plus
  • Willingness to collaborate with teams across India, Eastern Europe, and other global locations
  • Ability to analyze and debug ABAP code, custom reports and user exits is a plus
