Overview:
The Sr. Analyst, Commercial Operations reports directly to the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations and plays a key role in developing and maintaining the foundational infrastructure needed to support commercial analytics, reporting, processes, and cross functional alignment. As a key architect of the Commercial Operations function, this role helps shape how Kuros uses data, process, and tools to drive revenue growth, operational rigor, and cross functional alignment as the organization continues to scale and mature strategically. This role supports Kuros’ continued revenue growth and market expansion by strengthening operational discipline, enabling data driven decision making, and influencing leadership through the strategies, insights, and governance dev eloped in partnership with key stakeholders. In this role, the Sr. Analyst partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and Supply Chain to ensure commercial scalability and operational excellence. Responsibilities include owning core analytical and operational functions, driving process improvements, and building repeatable, structured commercial workflows. The role serves as a strategic partner and right hand to the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations, helping to advance the commercial operations function as Kuros evolves into a more process oriented and strategically aligned enterprise. This is a full-time/hybrid position.
