Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst. This role requires expertise in payment processing, investigations, and reconciliation within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SWIFT concepts and experience in clearing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems (RTGS/ACH), Manual processing, Reconciliation, and Investigations.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT concepts.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor's Degree with relevant industry experience.
• Computer savvy.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with BaNCS Payments - Swift.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Clearing and Settlement, Capital Markets, and Investment Banking.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process payment transactions and instructions as per prescribed operating procedures.
• Deliver productivity and quality as per defined targets while adhering to risk controls and protocols.
• Coordinate with internal process partners for query resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare MIS/Reports for client review.
• Interact with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
