Job overview and responsibilities
The Aircraft Health Monitoring (AHM) team plays a vital role in improving the on-time and completion performance of United''s network by turning unexpected aircraft system failures into scheduled maintenance. The Senior Analyst provides troubleshooting expertise and guidance to field technicians on complex aircraft issues by responding to fault messages, researching and analyzing sensor data, and/or maintenance log page history for United''s mainline fleet of Boeing and Airbus aircraft. The Senior Analyst leverages OEM, third party and United software to create maintenance work orders and develop fix-plans that resolve aircraft defects before they occur. The role also interfaces with maintenance technicians for chronic and in depth troubleshooting and system recovery. Once the Integrated Aircraft Health Management (IAHM) program is implemented, this role will also be responsible for managing systems and actioning any alerts with the intent of taking maintenance program credit.

The base pay range for this role is $89,965.00 to $117,212.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
