Senior Analog IC Designer to lead the architecture, design, and production of advanced Power Management ICs. This role will drive the development of scalable solutions for datacenter processor power. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in power conversion topologies, control theory, and silicon-proven designs in high-volume environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced power ICs (e.g., LDOs, DC-DC converters, bandgaps, drivers) Define top-level specifications in collaboration with system architects and product teams. Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification across PVT corners using industry-standard EDA tools. Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure robust, high-performance physical implementation Ensure designs meet performance, power, area, yield, reliability, and manufacturability targets. Participate in design reviews and contribute to architecture discussions Work closely with system, test, and product engineers to ensure successful product development Document designs and contribute to best practices and design methodologies
