1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Aix Administration And Power Ha By Troubleshooting Complex Incidents, Performing Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues.

2. Collaborate With Other Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Maintaining A Robust Security Posture.

3. Conduct Value-Adding Activities Such As Knowledge Base Updates And Management, Mentoring And Training Junior Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.

4. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Implementing Company Policies To Ensure Operational Excellence.
