Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure Cloud to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building cloud-native AI/ML applications, multi-agent systems, and scalable architectures, with exposure to healthcare environments being a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML solutions.
• Develop enterprise GenAI applications using LLMs, vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Build and deploy AI workloads on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design data pipelines and storage solutions using Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and related technologies.
• Develop cloud-native applications using Azure Functions and Azure Container Apps.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI, GenAI, and multi-agent technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, A2A, and MCP Protocol.
• Expertise in Python (Java or Go is a plus).
• Strong Azure Cloud experience, including AI services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and distributed data platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices, containerization, serverless computing, and scalable system design.
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably healthcare.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Azure Solutions Architect or Azure AI Engineering certifications.
• Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects, publications, or patents are a plus.
