How You Will Make An Impact

• Manage up to four concurrent AI and AI-agent implementations from approved concept through prototype, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to operational support.
• Lead approximately eight-week implementation cycles using short Agile/Scrum sprints focused on rapid prototyping, demonstrations, testing, feedback, and refinement.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, decisions, sprint goals, and measurable success criteria.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and technical delivery sessions.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized backlogs, user stories, technical activities, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate AI architects, application teams, data engineering, integration, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, privacy, and external implementation partners.
• Ensure Architecture, Security, Privacy, AI Governance, and data reviews begin early and progress alongside solution development.
• Manage RAID logs, decision logs, action tracking, sprint/release planning, status reporting, financial tracking, and required PMO/SDLC documentation.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect triage, production-readiness reviews, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and support transition.
• Manage vendor commitments, SOW deliverables, timelines, dependencies, performance issues, and escalations.
• Identify portfolio-level conflicts involving shared resources, environments, integrations, technical dependencies, and business priorities.
• Provide concise and action-oriented updates to technology leaders, business sponsors, PMO stakeholders, and executive audiences.
• Help develop a scalable delivery framework for taking AI ideas from concept to secure, supportable enterprise solutions.

Are You an Experienced AI Technology Delivery Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

• 7+ years of IT project management, program management, or technology-delivery experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on delivery experience with AI, Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, or comparable emerging technologies.
• Working understanding of AI agents, LLMs, orchestration, APIs, enterprise integrations, data, retrieval/RAG, identity and access, testing, monitoring, and production support.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demonstrations, retrospectives, and iterative releases.
• Proven ability to translate business ideas into actionable backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong PMI-based project-management fundamentals across scope, schedule, budget, governance, change management, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple overlapping technology implementations with shared resources and technical dependencies.
• Strong experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, production readiness, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Experience managing implementation vendors and systems integrators.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy, AI governance, data protection, authentication/authorization, and third-party risk.
• Strong technical facilitation skills and ability to work credibly with architects, engineers, developers, vendors, and business leaders.
• Experience with Jira and common project/portfolio tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology, engineering, business, or project-management discipline, or equivalent significant relevant experience.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or similar Agile credentials are beneficial.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or another regulated-industry background is preferred.
