Senior AI & Healthcare Systems Integration Consultant

Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced AI & Enterprise Systems Integration Consultant to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions integrated with healthcare and enterprise platforms. The consultant will help architect and deploy AI Agents that interact seamlessly with EMR/EHR systems, healthcare applications, CRM platforms, HR systems, and other enterprise technologies.
This role requires a blend of expertise in healthcare technology, enterprise integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between AI Agents and healthcare platforms, including Healthie EMR/EHR.
- Build intelligent workflows leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and automation frameworks.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as HubSpot, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other SaaS applications.
- Develop secure API integrations using REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, OAuth, and modern authentication protocols.
- Create AI-powered solutions for patient engagement, appointment scheduling, care coordination, clinical documentation, customer support, and business process automation.
- Architect data exchange workflows between healthcare systems and enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI security requirements, and healthcare data governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Produce architecture documentation, implementation plans, and best-practice recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, solution architecture, or healthcare technology consulting.
- Proven experience integrating EMR/EHR platforms, healthcare applications, or patient management systems.
- Hands-on experience with Healthie or similar healthcare technology platforms.
- Strong expertise in API development and integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks).
- Experience implementing AI Agent, LLM, or Generative AI solutions.
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and workflow automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience integrating Healthie EMR/EHR with third-party systems.
- Experience with HubSpot, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare interoperability, FHIR, and HL7 standards.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with automation platforms including Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI knowledge systems.
