What You Will Do

• Develop and implement machine learning models to drive customer success and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Utilize Python and Langchain to build scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
• Design and optimize vector database architectures for enhanced data retrieval and analysis.
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–8 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Langchain and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
• Demonstrated ability to turn customer proof into revenue-generating solutions.
• Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services.
• Experience in B2B software development and enterprise-level solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
