Senior AI Engineer (LangGraph)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Lead AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, LangGraph, FastMCP, prompt engineering, and agentic AI architecture.

Design and develop production-ready AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangGraph.
Build and integrate FastMCP connectors to enable AI agents to interact with external tools, APIs, and data sources.
Develop sophisticated LLM workflows, including agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, state management, and error handling.
Create and optimize LLM prompts for accuracy, reliability, and task-specific performance.
Design scalable architectures for agentic AI applications and autonomous workflows.
Work with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
Evaluate and improve LLM/agent performance through testing, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
Provide technical leadership and guide engineering best practices around GenAI and agentic systems.
