- Strong Python development (FastAPI preferred)
- Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Hugging Face)
- Experience building RAG applications using Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- MLOps experience (MLflow, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring)
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- SQL and REST APIs
- Build and deploy GenAI and ML applications.
- Develop RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models in production.
- Implement AI safety, governance, and model monitoring.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise automation (Automation Anywhere/UiPath).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Healthcare/HIPAA experience
- Agentic AI and Human-in-the-Loop systems
- LLM cost optimization
- Automation Anywhere or UiPath certification
