Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Copilot Studio Specialist - Agentic AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agentic development, and prompt engineering and a proven ability to design and deliver Copilot-based applications, skills, and agents that improve developer productivity and solution outcomes.

Position Details

• Approved location: Charlotte.
• Start month: December.
• Onsite expectation: Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
• Interview process: 1-2 rounds, video or in person.
• Sponsorship: Candidates must not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product requirements that enable developers to use Copilot and prompt engineering effectively.
• Deliver hands-on development using Copilot for instructions, prompts, skills, and agents.
• Design and implement agentic solutions using Copilot Studio and related tools.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners, and clients to build end-to-end solutions.
• Manage projects and stakeholders across Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance, and Legal.
• Develop technology strategy and ensure compliance with applicable standards and practices.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through feedback and hands-on career development.
• Advocate for modern Agile delivery practices and strong engineering and organizational standards.

Primary Skill:

AI - Model Development, software development using Copilot, creating skills and agents in Copilot, Copilot Studio.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Subject matter expertise in assigned products, including mobile applications, mobile frameworks, product technical aspects, and underlying data.
• Deep understanding of Copilot and prompt engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools, including Copilot.
• Proven experience designing and building applications using Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
