Senior AI Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC – Onsite
Experience Required: 12+ Years
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, and SQL to build scalable conversational AI and voice solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI-driven IVR and conversational AI systems.
Build NLP models for text classification, clustering, and intent detection.
Design LLM workflows using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
Develop Agentic AI workflows.
Establish LLMOps/MLOps practices.
Analyze data using SQL.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
12+ years of AI/ML experience
Strong Python
NLP: Text Classification and Clustering
LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG
SQL and Data Analysis
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDK
Good to Have
Agentic AI: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI
LLMOps/MLOps: MLflow, Airflow, BentoML
Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant
Cloud experience
