Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer (GenAI specialization) to design, build, and operate production‑grade Generative AI systems that enable natural‑language interaction over large‑scale enterprise document ecosystems.

This is a builder and systems‑engineering role, not a research or analytics position.

You will work from first principles to engineer robust, scalable, and observable GenAI platforms, owning critical components across the lifecycle-from document ingestion and retrieval to LLM orchestration, API serving, and cloud deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7-12 years of experience building production-grade GenAI/LLM applications.
• Strong expertise in RAG systems, document chunking, metadata extraction, and multi-format document processing.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
• Knowledge of context management, conversational memory, and advanced retrieval techniques (hybrid search, re-ranking).
• Backend development experience using FastAPI/REST APIs.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS and integrating with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLM evaluation, monitoring, reliability, token optimization, and cost management.
