Senior Agile IT Project Manager – Azure DevOps & Enterprise Applications

• Manages assigned IT project(s), that covers all phases of project management. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• The primary stakeholders associated with the IT project(s) are management, staff, and/or end users. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Defines IT project requirements, quality standards and timelines; determines and evaluates risks that may affect IT project; defines specific activities to be performed to produce IT project deliverables; evaluates deliverables and ensures IT project is ready to move on to its next phase<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Addresses any problems found in testing; ensures scheduled time frames are met<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Reports on delivery problems and provides performance data; provides regular progress reports; determines and evaluates testing. <\/span>
  <\/li>
•  Meet with stakeholders to determine needs and expectations. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintains regular contact with stakeholders to review applications and obtain feedback. <\/span>
  <\/li>
•  Manages and approves changes within assigned IT project(s). <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Attends meetings, directs professional and/or technical staff<\/span>

  • Manage end -to -end IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, testing, and delivery<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Define project requirements, scope, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure Agile best practices are followed across all project phases<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage and approve project changes and ensure alignment with business objectives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate testing activities and ensure readiness for each project phase<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Track progress, ensure milestone adherence, and report on performance and delivery issues<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead and direct professional and technical project team members<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage expectations<\/span>

    Required Experience & Skills<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 6+ years of experience managing Agile IT projects<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 6+ Strong experience using Azure DevOps and Git<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 6+ Years in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven analytical, planning, problem -solving, and decision -making skills<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Agile or Project Management certification (Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe, etc.)<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience working in enterprise application environments<\/span>
