We are representing a highly reputable wealth management firm in the Greater Philadelphia area, looking to add an experienced, client-centric Financial Advisor to their growing team. This role is designed for a producing advisor who excels at managing high-net-worth (HNW) relationships and wants to focus purely on strategic advice, holistic planning, and portfolio growth.
What Sets This Opportunity Apart:
Cutting-Edge Technology: Full access to industry-leading tech stacks, including integrated AI assistant platforms to streamline administrative tasks, client reporting, and prep work.

Advising Over Selling: A culture that prioritizes objective, fiduciary-minded client solutions over pushing proprietary bank products or rigid sales targets.
Flexible Models & High Payouts: Industry-leading payout structures with customizable transition options for veteran advisors, including robust independent pathways for higher-producing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, fee-based wealth planning, estate strategies, and investment management to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Manage and deepen existing HNW client relationships while driving organic practice growth through referrals and networking.
Utilize advanced wealth tech and AI tools to optimize workflow, analyze portfolio data, and deliver tailored client experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
Track Record: Minimum of $150,000+ in trailing 12-month production (gross dealer concession/recurring revenue).
Experience: Proven experience working directly with HNW clients, with a background in bank wealth management, wirehouses, or independent RIAs.
Licensing: Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) required; CFP, CFA, or CIMA designations preferred.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-motivated professional looking for higher autonomy, better payout structures, and a clear path to scale their practice.
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive payout structure significantly above traditional bank models.
Generous, customized transition packages for veteran advisors looking to move their business.
Comprehensive health, retirement, and equity/growth incentive options.
