St. Johns County Division of Animal Control is looking for a dedicated, organized, and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the St. Johns County Pet Adoption and Holding Center in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida!
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys supporting a team, coordinating important administrative functions, and making a meaningful difference in the community.
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide direct administrative support to the Deputy Director of Animal Control, coordinate schedules and meetings, prepare reports and presentations, assist with budgeting and purchasing, coordinate vendors and administrative systems, and provide support for division projects and staff.
