    La Chelé Medical Aesthetics is a physician-led, concierge-style medical aesthetics practice with four locations across the greater Philadelphia region. We specialize in injectables, skincare, wellness, and hormone therapy, and we are known for delivering a high-end, personalized experience to every guest.

    About the Role
    We are looking for a polished, highly organized, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as the Medical Director's right hand on the administrative side of the practice. You will manage priorities, keep projects moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks, while also supporting our New Hope team and guest experience.

    This role is ideal for a skilled multitasker who stays one step ahead, handles confidential information with discretion, and takes real ownership of their work without needing constant direction.

    Compensation & Perks

    $25-30/hour, based on experience

    What You'll Do

    • Executive & Administrative Support
    • Serve as the Medical Director's primary administrative partner, managing her calendar, communications, and priorities
    • Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across the practice
    • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents for management
    • Build and maintain organized systems for files, schedules, and workflows
    • Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot) to streamline administrative work, drafting, and reporting
    • Handle sensitive and confidential business and patient information with complete discretion
    • Guest Experience
    • Greet guests warmly and professionally
    • Answer phones and respond to client inquiries with a polished, welcoming demeanor
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Help create a calm, high-end experience from first call to checkout
    • Operational Support
    • Coordinate provider schedules and daily flow
    • Support front desk operations during high-volume periods

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree (required)
    • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience (required)
    • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting) and strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams)
    • Hands-on experience using at least one or two AI tools in a work setting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Self-starter who solves problems independently
    • Professional, dependable, and trustworthy

    Schedule & Commitment

    Full-time, on-site in New Hope, PA
