Job Responsibilities

On-site Executive Support: Provide dedicated, daily administrative and operational support to the Owner on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
QuickBooks (Sales-Side Only): Process customer invoices, log sales transactions, and track sales-related data within QuickBooks (no bookkeeping or corporate accounting required).
Dedicated Calendar & Gatekeeping: Manage the Owner’s complex professional schedule, filtering internal and external requests, prioritizing meetings, and protecting their time.
Executive Communication: Serve as the front-line point of contact for clients, key stakeholders, and team leaders; review and draft emails, correspondence, and announcements.

Continuous Learning & Process Mastery: Actively learn our internal sales workflows and the Owner's preferences to independently handle recurring administrative tasks.
Travel & Event Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the Owner's travel, external meetings, client dinners, and executive schedules.

Qualifications
