Hartford Hospital, an 867-bed tertiary care academic medical center in Hartford, Connecticut, is seeking an experienced, board-certified Acute Care Surgeon to join our nationally recognized and expanding Division of Trauma, Surgical Critical Care, and Emergency General Surgery.
This opportunity is specifically designed for a seasoned surgeon seeking a long-term role within a highly collaborative, academically driven, and clinically advanced Acute Care Surgery program at/or able to attain the level of associate professor.
We are seeking a physician interested not only in clinical excellence, but also in mentorship, teaching, program development, and partnership within a mature, high-functioning surgical department.
Affiliated with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Hartford Hospital is an American College of Surgeons (ACS) verified Level I Trauma Center serving a regional catchment area of more than 1.5 million people. About the Acute Care Surgery Program
The Division of Acute Care Surgery provides comprehensive multidisciplinary care across trauma surgery, surgical critical care, and emergency general surgery within one of the busiest surgical hospitals in the region.
