Senior Actuarial opportunity with an innovative, AI-forward InsurTech firm advancing captive insurance and risk financing through technology and analytics. Own client engagements and actuarial advisory, lead feasibility, pricing and reserving analyses, and evaluate risk retention and financing strategies. Help expand in-house actuarial capabilities, develop scalable models, tools and workflows, and contribute to risk simulation and platform development in collaboration with Product and Engineering. Seeking substantial commercial or specialty P&C experience, strong actuarial acumen, client-facing communication skills and technical proficiency. FCAS preferred; ACAS with Exam 7 considered. Captive experience a plus; not required.
