Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Actimize ActOne Case Manager Developer to join our dynamic Enterprise Risk and Compliance Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Actimize ActOne Case Manager, ReactJS/JavaScript, REST API development, and SQL/data integration and a proven ability to design, develop, and enhance scalable case management solutions that meet regulatory, audit, and performance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on development and customization of Actimize ActOne Case Manager, including workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition processes.
- Configure and extend ActOne features such as views and alert-to-case processing.
- Design and develop custom UI components and enhancements using ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and services for case enrichment, workflow orchestration, and external integrations.
- Own and manage development tasks and deliver on time in alignment with release cycles.
- Collaborate with business analysts, compliance, surveillance teams, and technology partners.
- Support production issues, defect resolution, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, audit, security, and performance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Actimize platform with strong expertise in ActOne Case Manager.
- Proven ability to configure and customize workflows, queues, UI components, and business logic.
- Hands-on ReactJS and JavaScript experience for UI customization and extensions.
- REST API development and integration experience.
- Strong SQL and data integration knowledge with enterprise databases.
- Background in banking or financial services, preferably in compliance or surveillance.
- Understanding of SDLC and release management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ownership and accountability.
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ActOne 10.x Case Manager development.
- Experience supporting regulatory or audit-driven initiatives and large-scale case management implementations.
- Understanding of Global Markets compliance.
