Senior Accounting Manager


Salary: $75,000+ (flexible for the right candidate) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Manager:


• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Manage grants, government contracts, allocations, and compliance reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyses
• Lead annual audit preparation and support Form 990 reporting
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end close processes
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and develop financial forecasts

Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Manager:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of accounting and financial management experience
• 5+ years of nonprofit accounting or financial leadership experience
• Experience managing government funding, grants, and contract compliance
• CPA preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar accounting systems preferred
