This position is with a large, international company, with a great reputation for retaining high performers, and advancing deserving employees to the next level!Senior Accounting ManagerCore Responsibilities:Leads consolidations efforts for a recently acquired companyIdentification of designs improvements, planning and forecasting, reconciliations, and currency exchange analytics.Lead monthly close activities over multiple ledgers and divisionsLeads integration of new acquisitions including work for reporting requirements, and training on reporting processesManages annual restatement and reporting process with operating companiesCreation of financial statements and reports, including regional financial statementsOptimize the accounting and reporting processes including driving standardization, automation and process improvement in accounting practices and development of insightful monthly reporting on a global levelWorks closely with leaders in areas of business outside accounting and financePrepares ad hoc financial reports in a timely and accurate manner for Finance leadership.Staying up to date of changes in SEC, US GAAP, and SOX requirements.Support sales and property tax processesLeads evaluating and implementing changes to improve processes within the division.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance or accountingSuccessful applicants will have a CPASeven to ten years total or more required.
