Senior Accounting Manager – Consolidations

Target Compensation:
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Manager – Consolidations:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations and close management.

  • Oversee foreign currency translation and remeasurement processes for international subsidiaries.

  • Support SEC filings, financial statement disclosures, and statutory reporting requirements.

  • Maintain and strengthen SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.

  • Partner with global finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.


Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Manager – Consolidations:

  • 10+ years of accounting or finance experience.

  • 5+ years of consolidation experience within a complex, multi-entity environment.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.

  • Experience with financial reporting systems such as Hyperion, HFM, Workiva, or similar platforms.
