Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $95k and bonus $115k with bonus

Work Schedule
• Hybrid schedule with onsite presence required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Fort Worth office.
About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading global investment management firm seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its GP Services team. This role focuses primarily on the financial operations and accounting activities associated with equity compensation partnerships. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Position Overview
The Associate/Senior Associate will support the financial operations and accounting functions related to equity compensation programs and partnership structures. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, reconciliation, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand loan facility platforms and facilitate setup and ongoing maintenance for participants.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries, including:
○ Posting and reconciling daily cash activity
○ Supporting month-end close processes
○ Preparing wire transfers
○ Recording various financial and statistical data
• Apply finance and accounting principles to support monthly partner reporting.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to provide information and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
• Prepare financial analyses and reporting.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in alternative investments, private equity, partnership accounting, fund operations, and/or GP/equity compensation programs is highly desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including:
○ Pivot Tables
○ VLOOKUP
○ XLOOKUP
○ HLOOKUP
○ Other advanced functions
• Experience working with CRM platforms, general ledgers, financial reporting systems, and large databases.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong client-service mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional, diplomatic, and discreet when handling confidential information.
• Available to work onsite in the Fort Worth office a minimum of three days per week.

• Support the transition of reporting processes from quarterly to monthly reporting cycles.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all financial operations.
