**Senior Associate – Financial Operations & Partnership Accounting**

We're partnering with a highly respected global investment firm to identify a **Senior Associate** to join its Finance & Accounting team. This role supports the financial operations and accounting activities related to equity compensation partnerships and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to complex investment structures and high-impact financial operations.

### What You'll Do

* Analyze and process capital calls, distributions, and related partnership activity
* Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and cash movement transactions
* Support quarterly partner reporting through accurate financial analysis and accounting
* Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to respond to financial inquiries
* Produce ad hoc financial reporting and analysis for leadership
* Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
* Monitor bank balances and support the setup and maintenance of multiple entity bank accounts
* Collaborate across finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

### What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
* Approximately 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, fund accounting, partnership accounting, alternative investments, or private equity environments
* Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
* Comfortable working with general ledgers, financial reporting systems, and accounting applications
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities
* Professional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
