Senior Accountant
CFS is partnering with a well-established construction organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. With upcoming retirements creating opportunities for advancement, this is an excellent role for someone looking to expand their responsibilities and build a long-term career within a large, stable organization.
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 Base

Senior Accountant Responsibilities
- Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen accounting procedures
- Play an active role in the company’s ERP upgrade to a cloud-based platform
- Partner with operations on costing activities and related financial analysis related to WIP
- Collaborate across departments to support accurate reporting and business decision-making
Senior Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Construction industry experience preferred; public accounting candidates with construction or manufacturing clients will also be considered
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
