Senior Accountant (Hybrid)

Tucson, AZ Full-Time | Direct Hire | $80,000–$95,000 + Full Benefits

We're seeking a sharp and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing team in Tucson, Arizona. If you thrive on month-end close, love diving into financial statements, and enjoy the rhythm of working in a modern ERP environment—this might be your next great move.

What You'll Do:

Lead and own monthly financial close processes
Prepare and review financial statements before executive review
Work within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Collaborate with finance leadership on reconciliations, accruals, and reporting

What You Bring:

Degree in Accounting
Strong ERP experience (NetSuite a big plus)
Advanced Excel skills
Experience preparing financials for leadership review
Local to Tucson and able to work in a hybrid setup
