SALARY: $95k-$100k/yr. DOE

LOCATION: Tigard, OR

SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee the full accounting cycle, financial close, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash flow, and maintenance of accurate accounting records using MRP software and QuickBooks.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting while managing inventory, manufacturing, job costing, margin analysis, and financial reporting to support business decisions.

  • Maintain effective internal controls and GAAP compliance while coordinating with the outside CPA and supporting tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with company leadership and departments on financial matters, provide guidance to accounting staff, and drive process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of senior accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and MRP/ERP systems with strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting close processes.

  • Strong financial planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to turn financial information into actionable business insights.

  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, organization, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and drive continuous improvement. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, with frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift or carry light office materials as needed to perform job duties.
