Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSalary Range: $80,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do As a Senior Accountant:This role plays a key part in supporting daily accounting operations and month-end financial processes.Core accounting responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries and complete gl account reconciliations for month-end and year-end close
• Assist in creating monthly financial statements and review bank reconciliations
• Review AP check runs for accuracy and maintain fixed asset schedules and related entries
• Support annual audits and regulatory filings (including 1099s) with documentation as needed
• Serve as payroll backup and assist in year end reporting/ w-2’s — reviewing tax filings, garnishments, and benefit deductions for accuracy, and assisting with payroll reconciliations
• Collaborate with branch locations, payroll, HR, and other departments to resolve accounting issues, maintaining confidentiality throughout
• Take on special projects and other accounting initiatives as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Three or more years of progressive accounting experience preferred
• Experience with payroll accounting, financial reporting, or multi-location operations is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
