Join our dynamic finance team as a key player in supporting the U.S. financial operations of a leading pharmaceutical company. Your role will involve ensuring precision in financial reporting, conducting comprehensive financial analysis, and fostering strong partnerships across business units. You will handle a variety of tasks including monthly close assistance, performance reporting, reconciliations, revenue accounting tasks like accruals and gross-to-net accounting, and overseeing treasury activities such as payment processing and cash monitoring. Reporting directly to the U.S. VP of Finance, you'll also collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive financial reports, supporting month-end close processes, managing reconciliations and accrual analysis, and executing treasury operations efficiently. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, possesses significant experience in the pharmaceutical sector, and has a CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification. Advanced skills in ERP systems and Excel are essential.
