Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing month-end close activities, performing account reconciliations, and supporting cash management functions.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong analytical skills and experience working in a manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with an established accounting team and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.

• Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.

• Monitor and manage cash activity, cash forecasting, and related reporting.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

• Assist with financial statement preparation and audit support.

• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or process improvements.

• Partner with operations and other departments to support manufacturing accounting activities.

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Experience performing Month-End Close activities.

• Strong account reconciliation experience.

• Experience with Cash Management functions.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation.

• Previous accounting experience within a Manufacturing Environment.

• Experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, or manufacturing financial processes.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
